The Nine Critical Failures
Every fault is mapped to every Gauteng sector. Select a failure to view the diagnostic report and localised dispatch.

Freezer Not Freezing
The cabinet holds product above setpoint — cooling output has collapsed or stopped entirely.

Temperature Rising
Setpoint drift upward — the system is losing the thermal battle against the load.

Compressor Failure
The heart of the circuit has stopped pumping — total cooling loss is imminent.

Refrigerant Leak
Refrigerant is escaping the sealed circuit — capacity drops and the system overheats.

Evaporator Icing
Ice is bridging the coil fins, choking airflow and insulating the evaporator.

Defrost Failure
The defrost cycle is not terminating ice — the coil progressively blocks.

Controller Failure
The cabinet controller has lost setpoint, sensor or output control — the system runs blind.

Electrical Fault
A fault in the power or control circuit is tripping protection or disabling components.

Fan Motor Failure
An evaporator or condenser fan has stopped — airflow collapse causes rapid temperature rise.
